I was there in the early aughts and I loved it! I remember being so excited. I have a couple of the mugs from the store (I can’t remember what else I got), but I’ve always coveted one of the baseball shirts.

I want the Marrill plush. XD I want the whole store actually. I wish I lived near Dad so I could go to NYC (he lives in Buffalo) lolol

If its any consolation, I hear the store was incredibly expensive to shop at! But yeah all the plush toys are amazing in these photos, and there's something very charming about how these old official plush toys look!

Those were the days, weren't they? So much rare merchandise on display, the wonderful window displays and best of all, it looked as if *every* Pokemon up to that point were present all around the store. Every Pokemon is valid. Thanks for sharing another trip to the past!

Thanks for the comment Stephen, and you're quite right! Every Pokémon is valid, and PCNY looked like it had every single one of them up until that point. I wish I could have attended it myself when I was growing up, but at least through these stories and photographs, I can still experience it!

This is such a special issue!! Thank you SO SO MUCH to Tatton for sharing his pictures and stories about PCNY. I wanted to go there so badly when it was still around, but there was no way I could make it happen. It's truly incredible to have such high-quality pictures from the store to let us see what it would've been like to visit. The PCNY Magical Clock is my holy grail of collecting, and to see a picture of so many of them, especially on super sale, is mind-boggling. Some of the pictures include merch that I have never seen before too, so now I will be on the hunt haha!

I'm glad you enjoyed this issue
