Johto Times interviews Dragonfree from The Cave of Dragonflies about her long-running website, and her creative endeavours that the community has helped her express since it began in 2002
I just discovered The Johto Times from their interview on As The Pokeball Turns, and while deciding what to read first, I was pleasantly surprised to find an interview with my long-time friend, Dragonfree - and to learn that she edits the newsletter too (though I can't say I'm surprised)!
This was such a delight to read - I of course discovered TCoD in my youth, and spent hours reading the site and admiring her fan work. (In fact, I printed out pages of her pixel art and probably still have them somewhere.)
It's so cool seeing her reflect on the site and the changing landscape. Talk about a legacy! In a world where constant growth is so valued, Dragonfree absolutely has the right idea - do what you love because you love it!
Hey there, Cupcakedex, thank you very much for your message! I'm glad you enjoyed the interview, and I am sure Dragonfree will appreciate your kind words.
