I'm super late to commenting on this (I missed this issue due to US Thanksgiving), but I still had to say thank you so much to you for the interview, and to Carol for sharing these details about what it was like to work at WotC during the launch of the Pokemon TCG in the US!! Her perspective was extremely interesting to read about, and I loved the emphasis on the players in her experience. I wish I had been able to go to one of those mall tour stops!!
